Vacancies are available in Indian Coast Guard for Musicians with the specialization in Tenor Saxophone, Clarinet, F Hom, Trumpet, Tenor Trombone, Eb Bass, Drummer, Flute/Piccolo for re-employment. Retired sailors (Petty officers and below) from Indian Navy are only eligible for the posts. The individual will be re-employed in a similar rank to that discharged from Indian Navy. The seniority in recruited rank will be fixed as per the joining date in Coast Guard. They would be under probation for two years, which may be extended at the discretion of the appointing authority.
